Not everyone can roll in a Beamer
Dr. King believed, “The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.” What is a motivational quote for most was a creed for Todd Beamer and thousands of others that fateful 11th day of September 2001. A few were fortunate to have picked up the phone and make one last phone call; ironically they were more concerned with the futures of their loved ones and not of their own-their lives were over. While looking down the barrel of death, husbands called wives; daddies called home and children called their parents. Their lives and stories are all different, but they all shared one common thread, Love. Todd and so many others heroically gave their lives, so that others may live. Hmm, sounds familiar.
Stand for something or fall for anything; not everyone can roll in a Beamer.
